Keywords:

ABSTRACT
ENThe article provides a comparative analysis of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychoanalysis in treating anxiety in children and adolescents. Through a recent literature review, the author identifies each approach’s theoretical principles, objectives, and techniques. The findings show that CBT produces faster symptom relief, while Psychoanalysis explores the emotional roots and internal conflicts underlying anxiety. The study concludes that both methods can be complementary depending on the child’s or adolescent’s clinical and social context.
