Review
Screening by the editorial committee followed by double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers external to the authors' institution. Book reviews and editorials are not peer reviewed. This process applies to works published from volume 4, issue 3 (December 2026) onwards.
The articles in volumes 1 to 3 were accepted by the previous editors without the reviews being recorded, and the journal does not claim that they underwent double-blind review. Issues 1 and 2 of volume 4 (2026) have no recorded reviews either: they bring together articles from the archive received by the previous editors and works by the owner of the journal, who declares that tie as a conflict of interest. Each text was read in full by the current editors, had its authorship confirmed in the document or in the editorial record, had its references checked one by one, and was standardised to the current norms without any change to its argument. Processing dates that were lost are stated as missing, not estimated.
